Our team brings together a diverse blend of expertise in instructional design, educational leadership, accessibility, and digital learning. MaryKay McGuire, Ed.D.
Dr. MaryKay McGuire is a learning experience designer, educator, and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in instructional design, faculty development, and online learning. She supports educators and organizations through strategic course design, accessibility, and professional development. With a doctorate in education and a career spanning both K–12 and higher education, MaryKay blends deep expertise with a practical, people-centered approach. She’s passionate about helping others navigate transitions, implement effective teaching practices, and lead with purpose and clarity. Outside of work, she teaches cardio kickboxing, enjoys spending time with her two boys, cooking, listens to audiobooks, and spending time on the St. Lawrence River.
Danielle Cox, M.Ed.
Danielle Cox is a lifelong educator with experience as both a teacher and administrator, driven by a passion for creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences that make a lasting impact. She thrives at the intersection of education and technology, always seeking innovative, practical ways to support students and empower educators at every level. Danielle brings heart, humor, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she does, whether she’s leading professional development, collaborating with colleagues, or exploring the latest EdTech solutions. Outside of work, she’s a proud wife and the mom of two awesome boys. She believes in the power of connection, curiosity, and a good cup of coffee to spark positive change in education.
Melissa Perry, Ed.D.
Dr. Melissa Perry is an accomplished educator, researcher, and writer with over three decades of experience in the field of education. She specializes in school safety research, helping institutions create safer learning environments. Melissa leverages her peak communication skills to develop engaged thinkers, readers, writers, and speakers and to provide professional editing and proofreading services. Melissa has curated and delivered content to school districts, international education programs, correctional facilities, and organized labor associations. When she's not working, Melissa unwinds with a good book, road trip, or crochet project.
